Deleted Assets and Resources
VisionAI Hub Trips and Recordings tabs display all of the trips made in the fleet by any asset or resource. It keeps track of all the current and past activity in the fleet.
Fleet administrators can now identify the deleted assets and resources on the Trips and Recordings tabs.
For Example: If a driver is no longer working with the company, as a fleet admin, you can see the trips they made, but if you filter and lookup their name, the filter doesn’t show anything. This enhancement was made to support fleet admins. in understanding the filter’s logic.
Follow the steps below to access the Trips tab and review the deleted asset:

Select VisionAI Hub from the left-hand side main menu

From the VisionAI Hub menu select Trips

From the Trips screen, select a Trip from the grid to review the details

Review the icon in front of the asset as show in the picture

To view trips for a deleted resource, follow the same steps above

Review the icon in front of the resource in the driver column as show in the picture
Follow the steps below to access the Recordings tab and review the deleted assets and resources:

Select VisionAI Hub from the left-hand side main menu

Click the Recordings menu item

From the Recordings screen, review All Flagged Events

Review the deleted assets and resources columns as show in the picture
