Inspect Module – How to Take a Photo of Asset
When you add a new inspection, you will now have the option to add up to 4 photos for each asset you are inspecting. These photos may be optional or a minimum of one photo may be required based on a setting your administrator can enable.
Follow the steps below to add a photo for an asset when completing an inspection:

Tap the Camera icon for the any of the Assets you would like to add a photo for

From the drawer, tap the Add all asset photos option

With your mobile device take the required photos (max. 4 per asset)

When you have added all of your photos, tap outside* the drawer*** to close it
If the Require photos of each asset being inspected feature is enabled by an administrator from the web application, and you try to advance to the View/Log Defects screen prior to adding a minimum of one photo of each asset, an error message will appear along with the screen to add photos.
Follow the steps below to add a photo for an asset when completing an inspection:
- When you have added all of your photos and fill in all required fields, tap the Next button
