Schedule Reports – How to enable Permissions
To work with Schedule Reports functionality in Unity web, users must have the corresponding permissions enabled for their assigned Role. Select the desired reports that you would like users with this Role to have access to. Additionally, you can also provide permissions for scheduling reports for other internal and external receivers.
Follow the steps below to add Schedule Reports permissions for a Role:

Log in to Unity

From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, click the Settings module

Click the Roles tab on the top

To add Reports permissions to an existing Role, from the All roles list select the desired Role name

Or to add a new Role click the + button

From the Permissions section, click the toggle button to enable Reports

Add a tick next to the desired Reports (including permissions to allow scheduling for external and internal receivers)

Click the Save button
Important Note: Once a role has been created, you can assign it to users from the People tab within the Settings module.
