Schedules Tab – Recipients Column
The Scheduled report Recipients column provides details by showing the active vs total recipients count (e.g., 8/10 means that 8 out of 10 recipients have active subscriptions). Subscribed groups and external recipients are indicated with corresponding icons. Searching scheduled reports by “groups” or “external” keywords will filter out respective schedules.
Follow the steps below to search for and view Scheduled Report Recipients:

Log in to Unity

From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, click Reports

Click the Schedules tab

Type in the Search field to filter out respective schedules

View the Recipients column
