How to – Remove a Default Role
When you remove a Default Role, it will no longer display with a star icon or appear at the top of the All roles list.
Follow the steps below to remove a default role:

Log in to Unity

From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, click the Settings module

Select the Roles tab from the top

From the All roles list locate the desired role name, click the three-dot menu at the end of the desired role row, and select Remove default role

From the pop-up message click OK

Or from the top-right hand side click the Star icon; from the pop-up message click OK
