Schedules Tab – Manage Table Columns

By default the scheduled reports table displays the following columns: Schedule name, Report type, Time range and Frequency.

You can change the fields displayed in the table on the left-hand side by clicking on the Columns button on the top right.

Follow the steps below to select the columns you would like to be displayed on the Schedules tab:

1. Log in to Unity

2. From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, click the Reports module

3. From the top select the Schedules tab

4. Click the Columns button

5. Add a tick next to the desired Columns you would like to be displayed

Note: Some of the columns you can add include: Status, Created by, View, Run day, Scheduled next run, Last run and Recipients.
