Available Reports

Here is a list of available Reports in each of the five categories:

1. Activity

• Activity Details: Chronological details of various activities of each asset (such as Driving, Idling, Stopped etc.) within the selected time period.

• Daily Summary: Summary of asset activities by day (organization time zone) such as covered distance, stopping, idling, driving durations and recorded harsh events.

• Distance: Details about total distance covered by each asset on a day-to-day basis for the selected time period.

• Distance Details: A log of GPS location data records at 2 minute intervals to validate the total distance covered by each asset within each state/province for the selected period. Curated for IFTA reporting purposes.

• Geofence Interactions: Details about the interaction of each asset with the geofences setup in your account within the selected time period.

• Period Summary: Summary of asset activities during selected period such as covered distance, stopping, idling, driving durations and recorded harsh events.

• Recorded Events: Details about the events triggered by each asset against the rules setup in your account within the selected time period.

• Stops: Details of assets in stopping state within the selected time period.

• Towing: Identifies assets that may have been towed or moved without ignition within the selected period. Lists potential towing, unauthorized relocation, or mechanical movement (e.g., pushed or hauled).

• Trips: Details about trips made by each asset within the selected time period (based on vehicle ignition & idling states).

1. Assets

• Asset List: Overview of assets, connected tracking devices and their latest status.

• Device Data Log: A log of all the data-points received from a Device, provided in a convenient format to carry out investigations around a specific incident.

• Engine Diagnostics: A list of engine fault code incidents. Requires Advance License

• Engine Diagnostics Summary: Engine fault code summary. Requires Advance License

• Fleet Sensors: Details about changes in the asset custom sensor readings during the selected period. Includes sensor data that have been mapped against asset input source.

• Last Known Position: Last known position of assets.

• Maintenance Schedule: Summary of assets maintenance schedule.

• Sensor Measurements: Details about registered sensor readings of an asset during the selected time period, some examples of sensors include vehicle battery voltage, engine RPM, and temperature sensor readings.

• Utilization: Summary of assets weekly/monthly utilization during the selected period.

3. Audit

• Geofences: Overview of geofences and their latest status.

• Group List: Overview of groups and their latest status.

• Installations: Overview of fleet and asset trackers installation tasks statuses.

• People List: Overview of people and their latest status.

4. Compliance - DVIR Exceptions: Overview of trips where drivers have not filled in the Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.

• Emissions: Details about the C02 emissions per state/province by each asset on a day-to-day basis (organization time zone) for the selected period.

• IFTA Distance: Details about total distance covered by each asset within each province (state) for the selected time period, curated for IFTA reporting purposes.

• Inspections: Overview of inspections (DVIRs) performed by the commercial vehicle drivers within the selected period.

4. Driver Behaviour & Safety

• Driver Performance: Summary of the drivers' performance based on safety events that are included in the safety score calculation during the selected period.

• Fleet Performance: Activity and performance by vehicle.

• Idling: Details of assets in idling state within the selected time period.

• Safety Score Events: Details about Safety score events triggered by each asset based on your account's tracking device and camera configuration during the selected period.

• Speeding: List of speed limit violations.
