Open Reports – Columns
Additional Report data Columns options can be accessed from the right-hand side of the Reporting screen.
Selecting the Columns tab provides the following options:

Pivot Mode: This allows you to generate a Pivot Table which is used to summarize, sort, reorganize, group, count, total or average data stored in the Report.

Hide/Unhide Columns: Select the checkbox next to each column to show or unselect to hide the column from the Report.

Row Groups: Allows you to drag and drop columns to group them into Rows (in most reports the Asset column is grouped by default).

Values: Allows you to drag and drop columns for a value aggregate: for example, Event type count.
