Open Reports – Toolbar
Once a report is generated it will display on the Open Reports tab. The Open Reports Toolbar is available above the generated report data grid and provides you with report icons that allow you to perform various functions.
Report Icons & Actions:

Edit report (opens up the report parameters panel)

Schedule report (opens up the Schedule report parameters panel)

Email report to me (select the report format; system will send report to user logged in)

Download report (select the report format; report will be available from your computer Downloads folder)
Note: You can keep multiple reports open at the same time, even if you move to another module within Unity, as long as you don’t close the browser session. The number in brackets next to the Open Reports tab indicates how many reports you have open currently.
From the Open Reports Toolbar you can also save the current view, and share the view with other users (based on your Role permissions). The next time you run the same report, the report columns customization (column order, data grouping, sorting etc.) formatting will be saved, and you can select the view from the corresponding View drop-down menu. Custom views can also be used to download or schedule a report with specific format.
System Views

Default – Displays only the main data fields available for the selected report. The rest of the fields are hidden in order not to clutter the view.

All Data – Displays all data fields that are available for the selected report.
