How to – Access Reports

The Reports Module is accessible from the Unity navigation panel. It contains the following 4 tabs:

• Library: Provides you with a list of all available Reports and Report Categories (based on your Role permissions) including a tooltip for descriptions

• Open Reports: Provides you with tabs for each generated report during the open browser session

• Schedules: Allows you to schedule reports to be sent automatically based on the defined report parameters

• Subscriptions: Provides you with a list of all scheduled report subscriptions where users are marked as recipients

Follow the steps below to access the Reports module:

1. Log in to Unity

2. From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, click the Reports module

3. View the Reports tabs

Note: A minimum of adding 1 report to the Report permissions assigned to your Role will display the Library, Open Reports and Schedules tabs of the Reports module. The Subscriptions tab is displayed by default.
