How to – View Roles Set as Default
Default Roles are the roles marked by users and appear with a Star icon.
Follow the steps below to view roles set as default:

Log in to Unity

From the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side, click the Settings module

Select the Roles tab from the top
-
From the All roles list view the Default Roles indicated with a Star icon
